Come join us and coach Dave Weber, U.S. Navy Veteran, from The Courage Foundation.
If you have experienced the benefits of breath work and goal-setting or if you’re curious about how these techniques can help manage or eliminate your stress symptoms, this event offers an opportunity to learn additional methods that may prove beneficial for you.
We will practice various breathing and relaxation techniques designed to help you calm and empower yourself. Additionally, we will review daily living awareness and goal-setting approaches.
All veterans, military, first responders, & support people are welcome. FREE.
