HOOAH WI is excited to offer a program that will deliver endless smiles for families in need! A full-size swing set with be delivered and installed for your family to enjoy.
Please complete the information below to be eligible to receive a Rainbow swing set for your home. This program is available to families who have a veteran or servicemember living in their home (or currently deployed).
HOOAH WI can not be held liable for any accidents or injuries related to the swing set’s installation or use.
Families with a veteran/servicemember are eligible to apply.
We do accept nominations, so long as it can be determined the family is able to accept the swing set.
Verification of ID/DD214 will be requested.
We will be asking the families permission to share a photo and a few comments once selected and/or when swing set is installed.
